gapcharge enables an automated charging process. The vehicle is parked over the charging pad and the charging process begins. The intelligent software charges according to application and demand. One of the great advantages is interoperability: different vehicles can be charged at the same charging station despite, for example, different operating voltages.

The systems increase battery life and operating times by up to 50%. This allows costs to be reduced and processes to be operated more sustainably, as battery waste is avoided and resource utilisation is significantly higher.

The parking station with integrated charging module allows the charging process to be completely automated. The electric tractor is pushed into the station. As soon as the vehicle is above the parking station, the charging process can begin depending on the battery level. The correct parking position is indicated to the user via an LED.

The user no longer has to worry about charging the vehicle, but can simply remove the vehicle from the parking station and continue using it. Due to the more frequent intermediate charging, smaller batteries can often be used – wireless charging makes it possible.
